Event: Half (1/2) Marathon - 13 week training program

This program will train you for the Anthem Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach on March 21, 2021, or another Spring half marathon of your choice. Group runs with be either on Saturday or Sunday (your choice).

Event: 10k - 11 week training program

This program will train you for the Monument Avenue 10k race on March 27, 2021, or another 10k of your choice. Group runs with be either on Saturday or Sunday (your choice). This program targets novice (new runners/walkers) to advanced runners.
Event Dates: Saturday January 9, 2021 - Saturday March 27, 2021

Event: Just Run Maintenance Training - 14 weeks

This program will help you maintain your running fitness level during the winter months. You can run with the team or add to or cut part of the route to your desire distance. This is an independent program to keep you fit but you manage the mileage you run each week. Must be independent and sufficient to run on your own and modify the published routes to meet your schedule. Also a great option for someone new to running who wants to work on their endurance to prepare for longer runs in the future.
