5k Walk and Meditate
Calling all to a different 5k where you enjoy a beautiful eastside summer walk/run, learn low impact yoga poses to help you run/walk better and finish with a tranquil meditation that you can slip into effortlessly regardless of your past experience or lack thereof. Volunteers of the Art of Living Seattle are organizing the event as a part of the 'Get Happy Seattle' campaign and proceeds will go towards supporting the humanitarian projects the foundation runs across the world. All participants will receive a t-shirt and the yoga and meditation will be complimentary!
