La Crosse Track Club Youth Summer Program

This is our youth program. It is designed to expose younger kids to a variety of Track and Field basics while also having fun! We will play games that are intended to keep kids moving while they learn.

The Grades 6-12 group will have the option to participate in sprints, distance, and field events. However, in the 6-12 group, the athletes will have more of a say in what they would like to focus on. These athletes will focus on one specialty, but may need to be flexible based on participation numbers and/or coach availability.

Want to learn to fine tune your Pole Vaulting skills? Then try out this group. This can be done in conjunction with another one of our groups if you don't quite know what you want to do, but just want to give it a try.
