Event: Virtual Duathlon (5k followed by 8-mile bike race)
Register for this virtual Duathlon option, and complete a 5k followed by an 8 miles of cycling between September 13th and September 18th at the location and route of your choice. Then, enter your time using the results link, and send a photo to Missy who will share your support and accomplishment on our Facebook page. T-shirt and participation medal available for pick up to local participants and non-local ones will be mailed.
