Description
We are all so bummed about not being able to swim and compete, but we decided that there's one thing we can all do together... virtually! A 5K! This is going to be a fun and exciting virtual event. The important part is that you HAVE FUN and get CREATIVE!! You can run, walk, jog, swim, dance, bike, kayak, paddle board, canoe, roller blade, skate board, etc. (no motorized vehicles!)

Awards
· An Overall Award will be given to the club/team with the MOST participants
· Top 3 individual male and female with the fastest time (running only) – sent via screen shot showing distance and time
· Top 3 most creative – send us pictures and videos of how you completed your 5K! Did you dress up? Walk, Run, SWIM, bike, kayak, etc?

Schedule
Complete a 5K however you wish – run, walk, jog, swim, bike paddle board, canoe, kayak, roller blade, etc.
*no motorized vehicle allowed
Virtual 5K will begin on Sunday, May 3rd at 8:00am with a ZOOM Warm-up hosted by Gardens Synchro. Participation in the zoom warm-up is not mandatory but encouraged even if you do not plan to complete the 5K immediately after.
Deadline for submitting your results, pictures, videos (:30 second time limit) for judging will be Friday, May 8th at 8:00pm.
Award winners will be announced on Saturday, May 9th. Winners will be contacted via email and will be announced on Gardens Synchro Facebook and Instagram pages.
Race "Swag"
Tshirts, Tank Tops, Stickers, Towels and finisher awards will be mailed to each participant during the week of May 11th.
