We've got four weeks in July and the purpose of this challenge is to log at least five days each week with at least 30 minutes of physical activity. That activity can be running, walking, cycling, swimming, treadmill, elliptical, weightlifting, yoga, bodyweight workouts, or any other form of physical activity or organized sports.
Successful challengers will earn a Facebook digital finishers badge and will be ready to join our exciting challenge that will run from 1 August through the remainder of 2020.
We'll track the completion of this challenge on the RunSignUp platform which is quick and easy to do.
