8 Week Beginner or Restart Training Program. Kick off with Orientation, plan, bagels and raffles on 2/29. Training begins 3/2 - Coached/ mentored runs on Monday night 7pm, Thursday morning 6am and Saturday morning with social after run time TBD. Or use the plan to fill in what you cannot make in person. We have motivated Run Coaches who want to inspire and help you- this was their idea! Alternate walk/run to get training base. Discounts from sponsors, a Webe Designed shirt and More. Target race is Run From the Rays 5K on April 26th. We will have a tent there and take group photos. Race not included.
