Description
Whether you crawl, walk, jog, run, or sprint this "race" is for EVERYONE! We are looking for a record breaking number of employees (family and friends welcome) to challenge themselves during this holiday season and complete 3.1 miles continuously on a day of your choosing in the month of NOVEMBER.
This will be an Honor system of reporting. You may choose the when and how you will complete your 3.1 miles and submit your time. (If you need a pedometer to track your steps please reach out to Coach Lauren) Otherwise using a wearable tracker (Garmin, apple watch etc. would be your best bet if not on a treadmill)
This is a VIRTUAL EVENT. You may however, meet up with your co-workers and friends to run this event together on campus or in a mutual agreed upon location to help encourage one another!
Stay safe and healthy, and let us see how many of us can complete the challenge whether it is your FIRST or THIRD time!
Complimentary finishing prizes will be dispersed upon completion of the program.
