Description
The Race for Lace was started in 2009 by Travis & Lindsay Adams for their daughter Lacy who has Cystic Fibrosis. With Cystic Fibrosis, exercising the lungs in extremely important and what better way to start than on her first birthday! The 1st annual Race for Lace in 2010 raised only $2000. In 2011, the 2nd annual Race for Lace became more popular and was able to raise $7,000. In 2012 the The 3rd annual Race for Lace was moved to Main Street in downtown Crestview, FL and raised $52,000 and had nearly 2000 people in attendance with 600 runners and walkers! We are hoping this years 4th annual Race for Lace will be the biggest yet!! Come help us reach our goal of $65,000 and 1000 runners and walkers!
