About Our Race:
Returning for its 11th year, the Daytona Beach Half Marathon is back and better than ever! The 2020 event features an ionic half marathon route, starting on the track of the Daytona International Speedway, heading to the hard packed sands of the beach and finishing across from the Speedway at One Daytona.
 
The 2020 event will offer two challenge opportunities. Sign up for the Dual 5K Challenge and tackle a 5K each day, or take on the Speedway Challenge and complete the Beachin' It 5K Saturday night and Half Marathon Sunday. 

This is a weekend you won't want to miss! Schedule your racecation today!

The Saturday Beachin' It 5K starts promptly at 2 p.m.

Sunday
The Daytona Beach Half Marathon & Half Marathon Relay on Sunday morning starts promptly at 7 a.m. with the Lap the Track 5K starting at 7:30 a.m.

Dual 5K Challenge: Complete both the Beachin' It 5K (Saturday, 2 p.m.) and Lap the Track 5K (Sunday, 7:30 a.m.)  All Dual 5K Challenge finishers receive a Challenge Finisher medal. 

Speedway Challenge:  Complete both the Beachin' It 5K (Saturday, 2 p.m.) and Daytona Beach Half Marathon (Sunday, 7 a.m.)  All Speedway Challenge finishers receive a Challenge Finisher medal and unique, Speedway Challenge branded apparel item.

Welcome to the 11th annual Daytona Beach Half Marathon weekend. We have started our engines and have an unbelievable race weekend planned for you!

Below are some of the amazing highlights planned for the 2020 Daytona Beach Half Marathon weekend.

HALF MARATHON PARTICIPANT PERKS

  • A day of NASCAR racing with a free general admission ticket to the Clash at Daytona and Daytona 500 Qualifying on Sunday, Feb. 9
  • Start on the Daytona International Speedway track and finish at One Daytona (Sunday events)
  • Custom shirts for Saturday and Sunday events
  • Finishers beach towel (half marathon, relay and Speedway Challenge participants only)
  • Post-race party Saturday and Sunday with complimentary food & beer (beer is limited to those who are 21+)

                              * You must show your bib or race registration upon entry to the parking lot to receive complimentary parking at the Ocean Center south lot, Ocean                               Center west lot, or parking garage.
