SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
- Race day bib pick up / race day registration begins at 6 AM. There will be no bib pick up prior to race day.
- Time trial starts from 6:15 AM to 8:15 AM.

- Entire Series (all 4 races) through July 10 - $70
 
- 5K Race #1 through July 10 - $20
- 5K Race #1 on July 11 (race day) - $25
 
- 5K Race #2 through July 24 - $20
- 5K Race #2 on July 25 (race day) - $25

- 5K Race #3 through August 7 - $20
- 5K Race #3 on August 8 (race day) - $25

- 5K Race #4 through August 21 - $20
- 5K Race #4 on August 22 (race day) - $25

- Entire Series - Virtual Race (all 4 races) through July 10 - $50

- Virtual Race #1 through July 10 - $15

- Virtual Race #2 through July 24 - $15

- Virtual Race #3 through August 7 - $15

- Virtual Race #4 through August 21 - $15

Cash or check only accepted on race day.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency, or natural disaster, RaceSmith reserves the right to cancel or postpone the race. In the event of cancellation or postponement, there will be no refunds.

TIME TRIAL (SOCIAL DISTANCING) START
The 5K will run with a time trial start. Runners will be sent off every 15 seconds. 50 runners maximum will start in each 15 minute time range. Registrants must select their start time range at registration. The first start time is at 6:15 AM and the last start time is at 8:15 AM. Runners must be finished by 9:00 AM.

5K Start Range #1: 6:15-6:29 AM
5K Start Range #2: 6:30-6:44 AM
5K Start Range #3: 6:45-6:59 AM
5K Start Range #4: 7:00-7:14 AM
5K Start Range #5: 7:15-7:29 AM
5K Start Range #6: 7:30-7:44 AM
5K Start Range #7: 7:45-7:59 AM
5K Start Range #8: 8:00-8:15 AM

VIRTUAL RACE
Run the series or individual races with us virtually without having to come to the races! If you sign up for an individual virtual race, we will mail your finisher's medal soon after the completion of that race. If you sign up for the virtual series, we will mail your finisher's medals and finisher's shirt soon after the completion of the series. Virtual runners are not eligible for series awards.

COURSE
The 5K will be two loops run on a dirt road/cross country style course to accommodate the time trial starts. Click on the following link for an online course map: 5K Course Map

AMENITIES
Custom designed finisher's medal and post race refreshments will be provided for each race in the series. A bright and bold shirt will be given out at race #4 to those who register for all four races in the series.

AWARDS
There will be no awards for the individual races. Series awards will be presented after race #4 to the top three in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, and 75 and older.

Series points will be awarded according to your age on July 11. Example: If you are 24 on July 11, you will be in the 20-24 age group for the series, even if you turn 25 later in the series. Points will be awarded to the top 3 males and females finishers in each age group, in each race. Following is a list of the points that will be awarded for each race, by age group place:

1st Place - 3 points
2nd Place - 2 points
3rd Place - 1 point

RACE TIMING AND SCORING
The race will be professionally timed and scored by RaceSmith, Inc. The race will be timed using disposable, electronic tags attached to the bib number. Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, visible, and unaltered. Results will be posted live online at www.RaceSmith.com
