MaxFit Games 2022

We can't wait to host our annual MaxFit Games 2022 at a new location this year. This will be a fun filled morning with fitness competitions for adults and kids. Promoting fitness, health and a healthy lifestyle is the purpose of these games. Events will include push ups, pull ups, sit ups, burpees, squats, step ups, tire flip and a run. Adult event will be times for 1min each, kids events will be appropriate for age groups 5-7 and 8-11. (The sign up fee for kids is $20)

Great dry fit T-shirts for adults plus a goodie bad  and a string backpack filled with goodies for the kids await at finish. Ice pops, and refreshments will be available.
