Description
Saturday Morning 5K race to raise money for families in need of Thanksgiving Assistance. Race Timing Provided by Second Wind Race Timing. Each race participant will receive a race day t-shirt and finisher medal. All race participants will be entered to win a basket with cool racing gear and plenty of goodies valued at $250!

All race participants that complete 4 of the 6 Helping Hands Race Series™ races including the Life Equity Fort Lauderdale Half Marathon will receive the Helping Hands Race Series™Legacy Finisher Medal to exemplify your commitment to Give Back To The Community and your commitment to Move For A Cause!
Packet Pick up will occur on Race Day at the Event starting at 0600.
We encourage all race participants to bring a toy or household item to donate for our Adopt A Family Program for Christmas!
Parking is located in the Hollywood Beach Parking garage and is $4.

Course will have water stations at Miles 1 & 2.

Race Route
Start is at Connecticut and Broadwalk in front of the City of Hollywood Charnow Park sign. You will run the path 1.55 miles and turn around at the loop 24 feet south of second light post that is on the north side of Custer St. beach entrance on N. Surf Road and run back on the exact path that you started on. You will finish just south of the first lighpost located at the south entrance of the Connecticut Street beach side entrance in front of the big pavillion.
There are water stations at mile 1 & 2.
