                 The 2nd Annual Cycle Lacoochee Bike Ride is Sunday, October 6, 2024!

                                                      THE ANNUAL BIKE RIDE IS BACK AFTER ITS FOUR YEAR HIATUS, WITH A NEW NAME!

Please join us on Sunday, October 6, 2024 with kickoff 7.00 a.m. - 9.00 a.m.

Rain or Shine ~ No Mass Start

Continental Breakfast for all entrants at ride central during the kickoff at the Depot Pavilion in Inverness! The Depot Pavilion is across the street from the Inverness Trailhead.

Packet pickup and Day of Ride registration is available from 6:30AM– 9:00AM at the Depot pavilion, 218 N Apopka Ave., Inverness FL 34450   Participants also have the option to pick up their packet at Ridge Manor Trailhead starting at 7:00 a.m. Select your location when registering. (Please let us know by Wednesday 10/2/24 if you will pickup in Ridge Manor) 

Our trail is one of the longest paved trails in Florida and listed in National Geographic's Traveler Magazine as one of the top 20 trails in the United States. The World Wildlife Fund says our trail is "One of the coolest places you've NEVER seen".
The Bike ride begins at the Depot pavilion area with additional SAG stops at Ridge Manor, Nobleton, and Citrus Springs areas. The 47 mile long Withlacoochee State Trail is paved and meanders through Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties in West Central Florida.  

Participants choose the distance they want to ride.  For those who want to do 100 miles on the Trail, you will need to choose where to make up the additional 6 miles.  

Century and Metric Challenge

Riders who complete The Metric Century (62.13K) or The 100 Mile Century will receive a commemorative Finisher award.

Pre-Reg: $60 (by July 31)
Late: $70 (by September 30)
Day of Ride Registration: $80 (October 6-Day of Ride) 
Youth (12 and under) Pricing:  $25 (July - Oct. 6)

SAG Stop-Floral City-7 Miles South: Heading South from the Trailhead enjoy a scenic ride to Historic Floral City that hosts a Hydration Only SAG stop and bathrooms.
SAG Stop:  Nobleton/Istachatta- 14 Miles South: Enjoy a fully supported SAG stop at the small town of Nobleton including a lite mix of food, park, music, and restrooms!
SAG Stop:  Ridge Manor- 24 Miles: This is our most popular distance and the SAG stop is located at Ridge Manor Trailhead (24 miles South) with plenty of food and beverage support and bathrooms.
SAG Stop-Owensboro-Trailhead 30 Miles South: Heading South on the Trailhead you'll find the turnaround point for those doing the Century or Metric Century distance.  This is a Hydration Only SAG stop.
SAG Stop:  Gulf Junction Trailhead- 16 Miles North: Enjoy a fully supported SAG stop at the Gulf Junction Trailhead  including a "Sweet & Salty" variety of food and restrooms.  For those completing the Century Ride, you'll go another 1 mile north to the turnaround.
Note to Century Riders-100 Miles: For the more serious riders. Ride the trail from end to end and complete this 94 mile stretch out and back with limited road crossings and plenty of wide open space to spin your wheels.  You will need to do an additional 6 miles to ensure you complete the 100 miles.
