This race is held by the Lakeland Runners Club, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to promote running and fitness for people of all ages and abilities in the community.
The Denis. L. Fontaine Lake to Lake 10k is the oldest annual race in Polk County and runs through the Lakeland chain of lakes and historic Lake Morton district, encompassing three lakes during the course. The race will be chip timed.
The Lake to Lake 10k was founded in 1977.
Due to construction in downtown Lakeland, the course has been revised for 2020. Review the course map located under Race Info on the menu so you make the start of the race!
There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death.
