Want to learn how to run faster, easier and with less risk of injury?
In this 4 week course, you'll learn to run the way we ran as kids; the way you'd run barefoot on soft grass if you could run that way all the time. This natural, good running form takes additional effort and time for most to develop, but you'll be glad for many miles to come for investing in your form and yourself with this clinic. Each of the 4 classes focuses on one of the core, foundational elements of good running form and gives you the homework need to make it stick.
Proper balance, strength, flexibility and form will each come together in the end to make you a more efficient and durable runner. We promise!
Week 1 - 6-7pm - Focus on proper balance

Week 3 - 6-7pm - Focus on agility
Week 4 - 6-7pm - Focus on bringing it all together
