Description

Brevard County TRIAD and the Brevard Alzheimer’s Foundation is hosting this 5K to raise funds to assist the programs for the needs of the elderly clients served within this program when no other funds are available. Often times these funds help to supply basic needs, secure appropriate placement, and promote dignity with final disposition.  World Elder Abuse Awareness Day is recognized in June every year. Help us increase awareness of Elder Abuse in our community!

What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is designed to be 'raced' from ANY LOCATION at ANY TIME and support the Brevard Alzheimer's Foundation!!  You can run, jog or walk through streets, parks, or trails in your neighborhood/community or even on your treadmill. Map out your route and that will be your course. Get out during the event time frame and participate in your race. Choose a safe course, socially distance properly as the current regulations dictate, and have some fun!  Upon completion of your virtual race, don't forget to submit your virtual results here between June 11th - 20th:  VIRTUAL RESULTS
