Participant floor markers will be lined up allowing for approx. 6’ of physical distance between each runner. Each row will be guided to start every 5-10 seconds. Each wave is staggered by approximately 2-5 minutes. If you did not provide a pace time as per our email request you will be randomly assigned a start time. You are to wear your face covering in the holding areas. If you miss your start wave please see a staff member so that they can provide instructions.
