Plog to Reveal

The Life Time Miami Marathon will reveal the 2020 Life Time Miami Marathon Finisher Medal if we can fill up a huge dumpster with garbage. It might take us a few hours of running and squatting but the more people we get the faster we can do it! After we're done we will celebrate inside the Wharf for drinks and bites!
Downtown Miami, Little Havana and Miami River areas. This could take us a good while but the more runners we get out there the quicker we can fill that container.

What is PLOGGING? The act of running while collecting garbage. (Swedish: plocka upp). It started in Sweden around 2016 and spread to other countries. Several groups we have been partners with have been doing it here in Miami for some time as well. If you have never done this, you'll be shocked on how much litter is found in gutters, along roadways, near drains, on sidewalks and along the shorelines of the Miami River. Come make a difference with us! 

After the PLOGGING we will be celebrating inside the Wharf with drinks and bites.
