5k Fitness Party 4.0

Running meets dancing, meets yoga, meets sound bath healing, meets party.
This event is a special collaboration of multiple fitness snippets, lead by a combination of unique fitness leaders in your community. Bayshore Run Club presents this collaboration of local fitness highlights, local vendor samples, an amazing dj, drinks, a food truck, raffles, and connection on all levels. We invite everyone to come have a wonderful morning with us!

Run/walk first, wear sneakers. Complete at any pace or level. (30-1hr)
 Zumba dance second, just stay and have fun dancing for a few songs to keep the party going. (2-3 songs)
Yoga to calm us, you’ll need a mat. (15-20 min)
 Finish with a special sound bath healing to bring you through the whole experience. You will need a sweatshirt or blanket to make yourself comfortable. (30 min)

All levels encouraged!
