Due to damages caused by Hurricane Ian, the Zombie Fun Run is postponed. The new date will be posted soon. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Being the first to the finish line in this race does not guarantee your survival, not when the Zombies of New Smyrna Beach are out to Zombify you. Each runner will be given a belt with three flags, each flag representing a life. To survive, you must cross the finish line with at least one flag remaining. If all flags are pulled, you have been “Zombified”. Zombies will be out to grab your flags in designated Zombie Zones. All race participants will receive an event T-Shirt after the race, but will it say “Survivor” or “Zombified”?

Event Schedule
8:00 am – Race check-in
9:00 am – Race starts – 1st heat at 9am, 2nd heat at 9:10am. 3rd heat at 9:20am
9:30 am – Face painting and candy stations open
10:30 am – Halloween Dance Party
Event T-Shirts
All race participants are guaranteed to receive a shirt if they register by October 17, 2021.
Proceeds
All proceeds go to KC's Community Corp. and the Bandits Softball Travel Team
Timing & Scoring
This race is not timed or scored. The goal of this race is to cross the finish line with at least 1 flag remaining.
Parking
Limited parking is available at the Flagler Avenue Beachfront Park ($20 per day per vehicle). Volusia County residents may obtain a FREE PARKING PERMIT with proof of residency at WWW.PERMITSNSB.RMCPAY.COM. Free parking can be found along Flagler Avenue.
