Heart n Sole 5k/5 Mile Virtual ONLY

Conquer and outrun Mental health by running in this virtual race.  You will be provided a t-shirt, medal, goodie bag, and bib number.  Proceeds will benefit Parkland Cares. Parkland Cares provides funding for mental health services through grants to local non-profits that are affected by trauma.

This is a rescheduled race from 2020 and 2021.  We created this virtual race so we can raise as much money as possible for Parkland Cares which provides funding for mental health resources.

The main focus is to get as many people as possible to run to heal and wanted to open up this opportunity to everyone, in doing so we wanted to make sure you know that the itmes included to be mailed to you are from 2020-2021
