Fleet Feet Pensacola is hosting a training program for Double Bridge Run 5k/15k & I PINK I CAN RUN 4 MILER
Sign up now for our 5K (8- week), 4mi (10-week), or 15K (10-week) group training programs.
Tuesday, November 19th ALL GROUPS MEET: This will double as a info meeting for what to expect, needs, and *Good Form Running presentation. Be prepared to get moving this evening or watch and take notes!
Each week participants will be given 4 structured workouts to complete. on?
Two workouts will be done as a group on Thursday evenings at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 7am.
For those who would like to train for the 5k or I PINK I CAN RUN there are no pre-requisites to participate.
If you are planning to take part in the 15k training we recommend that you be able to comfortably complete a 5k distance.
15K Distance: Double Bridge Run
Program start: Tuesday, November 19, 2024
Race date: February 1, 2025
Program length: 10 weeks
Program format: 4 structured workouts per week (2 of which will be done as a group)
Group workouts: Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 7am.
