Description
On Saturday, September 2nd, 2023 and located at Park WEST, Pensacola Beach. This location is DIFFERENT than the race venue. This clinic will teach the fundamentals of triathlon and prepare athletes for the Sea Turtle Triathlon on October 8, 2023. Athletes will rotate through a swim clinic, bike/ransition clinic, run clinic and strength/conditioning clinic.
The event will provide water for water bottles, swim caps, post event snack, and event goodies.
All athletes must bring the following:
- swim goggles
- bike
- bike helmet
- running shoes and socks
- hat or visor
- water bottle
- sunscreen
All athletes need to arrive at 7:30 am to check in and set up their gear.
