Help honor and celebrate Runningal, Nancy Rowan's life and join us for the Runningal Memorial Red Solo Kup 4K on August 18th.  Nancy was a long time respected local runner, race director and friend to many in Brevard and Volusia County. The Red Solo Kup was her premiere race that she started in 2013.  Join us on this fun 4K run/walk.

FAQ
When and where does the race take place?
Saturday, August 18th. Race start time is promptly 8:00 a.m. at the Pavilion of Port Orange Community Area

How long is the course?
The 4K is 2.48 miles.

How will I be timed?
This is a chip timed event and all participants will have a recorded time as long as a bib number is worn.

When and where do I pick up my registration materials?
During Early Packet Pickup time (August 17th, 3-6pm) and Registration site (starts at 6:30 a.m.) for all participants at race sitE

Can I participate in the event with my dog?
Sorry, as much as we love our pets too, the safety of participants is our main concern. Therefore, we do not allow pets on the course.

Can I participate with a stroller or Bike?
For safety reasons no bicycles, in-line skates, or skateboards. Strollers are permitted.

What do I do with my personal items while I’m running?
Please leave them in your car.

Should I bring my own water?
Yes, but there will be a water station on the course and near the finish line.

I will be out of town on race day and not able to participate. Can I get my money returned?
We appreciate your race registration. As the race brochure states, we are unable to issue refunds. We are not in a position to credit your credit card or issue checks.

Will the race be held if it's raining?
The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather, such as in a rain coat or hat. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.
