Description
The Ancient City Road Runners invite you to join us for a
fun-filled camp designed to make you a better runner!
Camp Date:July 8-12, 2019; 7:30am - Noon
Location: Ketterlinus Elementary, 67 Orange St., St. Augustine, FL
Camp Race: Bridge Of Lions 5K - Castillo San Marcos: July 13, 2019
Coach Kevin Gamble, the head Track and Field Coach at Pedro Menendez High School and Gamble Rogers Middle School will be leading camp.
The Camp is open to rising 7th - 12th graders. Campers must be able to run 3 miles comfortably. Camp tuition is $75 and includes entry into the Bridge of Lions 5K and a running singlet. Each day will include running and classroom lessons on training strategy, running form, strength training, stretching, nutrition and running as more than a hobby. * Enrollment is limited to the first 25 registrants. Scholarships Are Available!
