Half Marathon Training Program
Participants will receive:
The program will run for 12 weeks, starting on November 12, 2018 to February 3, 2019.
The training program will use the Sarasota Music Half Marathon, on February 3, 2019, as a goal race, but plans can be tailored to accommodate other early spring half marathons!
During the training program we will meet twice a week, Monday evenings for a shorter training run and Saturdays mornings for longer run. Most Monday runs will start and finish near Ringling Bridge. Saturday runs will rotate among different locations in the downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach areas for some variety!
10K Training Program
Similar to the Half Marathon Training, but for a shorter distance, the 10K program is all about fun and camaraderie in an educational, supportive group!
The training program will use the Sarasota Music 10K, on February 3, 2019, as a goal race, but plans can be tailored to accommodate other fall races.
