What is the Summer Virtual Run Series?
The Summer Virtual Run Series includes 3 virtual races in May, June and July:
- Scavenger Hunt 5K (virtual 5K on May 24)
- Summer Solstice 5K (virtual 5K on June 20)
- Firecracker 5K (virtual 5K on July 4th)
Registration Options
- $49 - price includes virtual race bib plus all 3 run series medals mailed to you
- FREE - virtual race bib only sent to you via email
How it works:
- Follow Florida Running Co on Facebook, Instagram or both
- Join our Strava Group (not required)
- Plan to run a virtual 5K on May 24th (Scavenger Hun 5K), June 20 (Summer Solstice 5K) and July 4 (Firecracker 5K). Your bib and race details will be emailed to you.

Scavenger Hunt Virtual 5K
Celebrate National Scavenger Hunt Day on May 24th with a virtual 5K!
Registration Options
- $18 - Race medal mailed to you!
- FREE - Virtual Bib Only
How it works:
- Follow Florida Running Co on Facebook, Instagram or both
- Join our Strava Group (not required)
- On Sunday, May 24th (National Scavenger Hunt Day!) you’ll complete a virtual 5K and find the scavenger hunt clues we send you.
- Your virtual race bib and scavenger hunt clues will be emailed to you on Friday, May 22nd by 6pm and the clues will be posted to this website.
- All Scavenger Hunt 5K medals will be mailed out beginning on the week of Monday, May 17th.

Summer Solstice Virtual 5K
Celebrate summer and the longest day of the year with a virtual 5K on June 20, the Summer Solstice and longest day of the year.
Registration Options
- $18 - Race medal mailed to you!
- FREE - Virtual Bib Only (register for the free series)
How it works:
- Follow Florida Running Co on Facebook, Instagram or both
- Join our Strava Group (not required)
- Complete your virtual 5K on June 20th - the longest day of the year!
- Post your pics to facebook or instagram and tag us @floridarunningco and include #floridarunningco
- Your electronic race bib will be emailed and made available on the website by Friday, June 19th by 11am. All medals for the event will be mailed to you on June 15th, 2021.
- Then complete your virtual 5K on June 20th - the longest day of the year!
- Post your pics to facebook or instagram and tag us @floridarunningco and include #summersolstice5K

Firecracker Virtual 5K
Celebrate Independence Day with a virtual 5K!
Registration Options
- $18 - Race medal mailed to you!
- FREE - Virtual Bib Only
How it works:
- Follow Florida Running Co on Facebook, Instagram or both
- Join our Strava Group (not required)
- Complete a virtual 5K on July 4th to celebrate Independence Day!
- Your virtual race bib will be emailed to you and made available on the website by Friday, July 2nd at 11am.
- If you registered for this event only, your medal will be mailed to you beginning the week of June 29th.
