Sister Stroll 2011

It’s time to lace up your running/walking shoes for the 2011 Sister Stroll.  The sixth annual Sister Stroll will be held Sunday, October 23rd, during Breast Cancer Awareness month.  Participants can walk for a sister, a mother, a grandmother, an aunt, a daughter, a friend or themselves.  They may walk for a survivor, someone currently facing the disease or walk in honor of someone who lost the battle.

NEW THIS YEAR!  We are adding a 5K Run to this year’s event!  This will be held on the quiet and safe streets surrounding the hospital on an officially-marked and picturesque course route with hills for an added challenge!  Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in a variety of male and female age categories.

Participants will be encouraged to form teams and collect pledges for both the 5K Run and the walk and an award will be given for the largest team.

Registration Fee
5K Run:  $20 early, $25 after October 1

 Sister Stroll:  No fee!

Donations are welcome and all proceeds will support the Breast Health Center at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills.
