What is a FUN Run?

A FUN RUN is a “race” that can be run anytime, anywhere and at YOUR OWN PACE

Why Should I RUN?

• Running is one of the most effective forms of exercise yet many individuals are reluctant to incorporate running into their regular routine. America is suffering from an Obesity Epidemic because we can not outrun our horrible diets. To achieve optimal health we have to commit to changing our way of thinking, our lifestyle and our habits. Run with the Rowetation Nutritional Challengers to raise funds for obesity programs nationally. We refuse to be a part of the problem. Nutrition-Fitness-Accounatbility we are the solution to the problem!
