PACKET PICK UP
Race Eve on Friday - Morgan County Aquatics Center 5:00-7:00PM
Race morning on Saturday 5:30-6:40AM at the race site in front of Morgan County Aquatics Center
If you do not pick up packet materials during the designated pick up times listed you will not be allow to race. There will be no exceptions made. You must collect your own packet. No other person will be allowed to pick up your packet. Government issued photo ID will be required to pick up materials.
TRANSITION AREA / Body marking
The transition area will be open on race day from 5:30 am – 6:45 am. Any athlete that arrives after 6:40 am will not be allowed into the transition area. Body marking will take place in the packet pick up area between 5:30 am – 6:45 am. All bikes must display the proper bike frame number. Access to the transition area to retrieve bike and gear after finishing will not be allowed until the last athlete has started the run.
TIMING CHIP PICK UP
Timing chips can be picked up race morning in the packet pick up room from 5:30 am – 6:45 am.
ATHLETE BRIEFING
The athlete briefing will be held at the race site on Saturday morning prior to the race at 6:15AM at the finish line. Race directors will need approximately 30 minutes to review the details of the race. After that time the floor will be opened up for questions.
