Race Day - Saturday, September 11th
-beginning at 5pm at Liberty Plaza, 1 Municipal Dr, Fishers
If you wish for someone else to pick up your packet for you, they must present the QR code that is sent to you in the pre race email.

Race Start Time:  6 pm EST

Parking:
Parking is available throughout downtown Fishers in parking garages and surface lots. Please refer to the attached parking map for available lots. https://www.fishers.in.us/1033/Nickel-Plate-District-Parking

Results
Results will be available via social media and the website after the race.


Awards:
Top three male and female overall. Awards will be distributed onsite immediately following the completion of the race. 

Event Guidelines:
Please no roller blades, skates, bikes, dogs, or pets allowed on the race course. Your race number must be worn on your front and must be visible. DO NOT exchange or give your number to another participant.


COVID 19 Event Plan
Safety of participants, volunteers, sponsors and staff is of utmost importance to Fishers Run to Remember. We are committed to working directly with Fishers Health Department to follow any current guidelines. We will continue to monitor health metrics and make adjustments to our race plan as needed. As the event draws closer, expect clear and continuous communication via email and website updates on the strategies we’ll use to keep everyone safe. Any questions? Refunds
Race registration fees (and the processing charge from RunSignup) are not refundable. These funds are used to pay for race premiums, permits, supplies, staffing, and other costs incurred before, during, and after the event is held. To be consistent and fair to everyone we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
 
Volunteers

Is there an age limit?
No!  Bring the whole family!

Are strollers and/or dogs permitted?
Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons. Strollers are permitted, but must start behind all other runners and walkers for safety reasons.

May walkers participate?
Yes! There is a 20 minute/mile minimum pace on the course.

I have a friend who cannot participate in the event. Can I take his/her place?
Each participant must have his/her own registration. In the event of an emergency, race officials must have emergency contact information on hand, therefore, you are NOT allowed to participate using someone else’s registration. There are NO exceptions to this policy.

Can I get a refund or transfer?
There are no refunds or transfers. There are no transfers between individual races as well.
