Youth Pricing: Runners 5-12 years of age, the price is $10 plus a processing fee for both the in-person a Youth runners do receive a medal, but they will not receive a race shirt, but will have the opportunity to purchase a shirt (adult sizes only) for $10.00 during registration.
Any discounts will be applied at check out.
Participant Limit: 800
Waitlist: If race registrations for the in-person Frostbite 15K reach the participant cap of 800 runners/walkers, you may sign up on the waitlist. Selection from the waitlist will be on a first-come, first-served basis as spots become available.

- Unisex Long-sleeve Race Shirt (sizes and availability not guaranteed)
- Register by January 5 to be guaranteed a shirt at packet pick or on race day.
- If you register after January 5, check to see if we have any extras, while supplies last.
- Virtual participants may pick up their shirt at packet pick up on Saturday, January 27, or may pay to have their shirt and medal (if eligible) mailed to them.
- Finisher medal
- Eligibility for random awards of gift certificates
Awards (in-person race only)
- There will be awards for top finishers: first, second, and third place male, female, non-binary overall; and top masters male and female.
- Place awards will be based on chip time.
- There will be no awards ceremony after the race. All awards will be mailed after the event.
EVENT RULES
The minimum age to participate in the Frostbite 15k is nine years old on or before race day. Participants 9-12 must have a registered parent/guardian participating in the entire race. Participants ages 13-16 must have a parent/guardian at the race the entire time (they do not need to participate but be onsite).
This is a walker, jogger, runner, and friendly, but there is a 2.5 course time limit (about a 16-minute per mile pace). Strollers are allowed, but we ask that you start at the end. Be careful passing and coming up on your fellow participants. The paths within the garden are narrow; please pass carefully. DO NOT get in the grass.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All entry fees and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Registrations cannot be deferred to the next year. Registrations cannot be transferred to another RRRC event or person. There are no refunds. In the event of race postponements, race cancellations, race format changes, race updates, and/or if you cannot participate, there will be no refunds, transfers (to another race or person), and/or deferrals.
