Description
Please join us on Sunday, December 8th in downtown Albany for the 1st ever Operation Santa Paws Trail Run! Operation Santa Paws began as a food drive for the Albany Humane Society in December 2017 and has grown to become an event that happens twice a year at Bush Animal Clinic during the month of July for Christmas in July, and of course December. With the 5th Operation Santa Paws event happening on Wednesday, December 11th, what better way to kick off the event than with a trail run and fun for the whole family! Runners will enjoy a 4 mile trail run with 1 aid station at the turnaround. We will also have the option of a one mile dog jog so that you and your furry friend can walk or run together. This is a benefit run for the Albany Humane Society. We spend thousands of dollars every single year to feed, spay and neuter, and provide medical care for our animals. We depend on fundraisers and the generosity of our community for much of our budget, and proceeds from this race will go to saving more lives. Thank you for signing up. This is fun for the whole family and think of us the next time you are looking for a furry new member of the family!
