Event Description
Come and run the Spartan 5K with a super fast 1-mile downhill finish! Beautiful handmade pottery awards by. r.wood studio.
We are excited to continue offering RFID Chip timing!
Please join us for a Superhero themed 5K to support Athens Academy! Participants are encouraged to dress in superhero attire, although not required. If you would like to be considered for the costume contest and prizes, please check in at the T-shirt table by 9:30 a.m. race day.
Race Day Schedule
7:15AM Race Day Registration and Packet Pickup in the Tilman Center
8:30AM Race Day Registration ends. Packet Pickup still available.
8:45AM Last bus leaves for the starting line
9:00AM 5K Start
10:00AM Fun Run Start
10:15AM Awards Ceremony
Registration Fees
Arrive in plenty of time to pick up your bib and t-shirt then hop on a bus to the start. Starting line is approximately 1 mile from the packet pickup location.

What if it Rains?
We get wet! Race start time may be delayed in 15-minute increments if storms are in the area. Sorry, no refunds due to inclement weather.
