Description
Join CHF for a charity walk in a beautiful park near the Atlanta Airport on October 23, 2021 from 9AM until 1PM. The walk is dedicated to our founder, Chasidy (Chattbox) Adams who enjoyed having fun with family and friends. You will not want to miss the Karaoke, family-friendly games and raffles raffles hula hoop contest and much more. Your donation will help CHF continue our mission to support the heart transplant community.
