Start Line will be open until 7:05am allowing plenty of time for social distanced starting

Parking & Race Day Tips!
Start thinking about your transportation plan now! Due to the construction around the new Mercedes Benz Arena and development of new properties in the Castleberry Hill area, race day parking will be EXTREMELY limited!
We need as many participants as possible to carpool, take MARTA, and/or LYFT over to the race!!

MARTA IS SMARTA - Mercedes Benz/GWCC/State Farm Arena/CNN Center & Garnett Train Stations are both within .5 miles of the Start/Finish location of The ATL Race. Exit train and GPS walking directions to 110 Walker Street SW, ATL 30313
EXTREMELY LIMITED PARKING OPTIONS -
-Neighborhood Parking in Castleberry Hill: Walker Street, Peters Street, Fair Street, Nelson Street, Chapel (Please abide by parking signs, and do not block resident driveways.
-Paid Lot at Corner of Fair & Peters (.4 miles) until 10am
-Lot at the corner of Nelson & Tatnall until 10am (.2 Miles)
-Paid Lot at corner of Elliott & Mitchell (.1 Miles)
(Volunteers will be present at these lots until 6:50am, other lots have NOT been approved for The ATL participants therefore you are parking at your own risk.)
Again, if you make the decision to drive by yourself to the race and park, you will have very limited options close by the race. We highly advise to plan ahead and utilize a method that will make your race morning stress free (CARPOOL, LYFT, & MARTA)
Hydration, Refuel, & Recovery:
There will be one (1) on course grab and go water bottle station. There will be self-serve water and nutrition stations in the finish area. Please plan accordingly. Be prepared with your own hydration if you feel you will need it more frequently.
Post Run Recovery Zone will be provided by title sponsor REI Atlanta including cooling stations, NUUN Hydration, and Stretch Zone.
Post Race Refuel will be provided by Lidl Food Market
We welcome Rightside Brewing Co. non-alcoholic craft beer for additional post run recovery refreshments
The CryoPlace will be on site with a recovery station and tips from their experts
Delicious meal samples with FitLife Foods will be on site
iwi Fresh Post Race VIP is BACK! 20K finishers are complimentary and all pre-paid VIP passes are welcome 8am-10am!
Other Race Notes:
· Plenty of portable restrooms will be on site.
· 1st Leg of Relay, 10K Individual, and 20K Individual all start together at 7:00am.
· Start line will stay open until 7:05am. (Please note, participants that start after this time will not receive an official finish time or be eligible for awards)
· Course limit is 2 hours 30 mins. Finish line will close promptly at 9:45am.
· Relay Exchange Zone will be located in the same area as start/finish.
· 10K Individual & 20K Individual Awards: Top 3 Overall Male & Female, Top 3 Overall Masters Male & Female (Based on GUN TIME). Top 3 in Male & Female Age Group Awards 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ (Based on CHIP TIME)

THE ATL RELAY VIBE!
The ATL Relay is the heart and sole of The REI ATL Relay, 10K & 20K! We have over 50+ teams ready to run their best races of the summer! There will be some HOTT competitions but MOST are here to make the party. 10K & 20K Individual Participants will reap the benefits of The VIBE!
Only 1 Champion will be crowned in each of our Relay Team Divisions

COVID SAFETY MEASURES
Based on the guidelines released by the CDC, runningnerds, LLC, producers of the Run Social Race Series, has adopted specific policies to ensure the safety of all participants, volunteers, and staff. runningnerds, LLC reserves the right to ask anyone in attendance to leave the venue should they not comply.
Attendees who have received the COVID-19 vaccination will not be required to wear a mask.
Attendees who are not vaccinated are requested to wear a mask while not running or walking.
All participants to bring their own hydration on the course.
Attendees are requested to maintain social distancing throughout the duration of the event.
