Completing a half marathon race can be event can be a life-changing experience. But it takes preparation and training. West Stride is here to give you both.
Starting August 3, 2019, West Stride is kicking off our Stride Strong Distance Training Program, a 12-week training program that will prepare you for a half marathon or other fall distance race.
The program provides everything you need for a great race experience and is designed for both new and experienced runners with training plans structured based on your race experience and goals! We know there are many group training options available in this area; our goal is to provide the best experience and greatest value. Thanks to our partnerships with race directors and vendors, we’ve created a great package of benefits for all participants.
Who is this for? Designed for runners who want to complete their first half marathon, run a new personal best in a distance race, and those who just want a dedicated group to train with through the fall. Participants should be able to complete 3 miles of running, jogging or walk/run intervals at the first session.

Registration Fee: $189 for the full 12-week program, which includes your race registrations to the the Halloween Half Marathon ($80 value).
