The #JJATL Teens Fit Family & Friends Virtual 5K

The #JJATL Teens Fit Family & Friends Virtual 5K is an opportunity to STEP UP AND STEP OUT to support the community for a fun-filled event that promotes health and wellness for the entire family.  Event proceeds will support Jack and Jill of America Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. The Jack and Jill Foundation supports and invests in services, programs and organizations that focus on impacting the underlying issues affecting African American children and families.

A VIRTUAL 5K means that you can run, jog or walk wherever you choose to--through your neighborhood with family, masked with friends in a park, or even on a treadmill.  Pick the best date for you between April 1, 2021 and April 30, 2021 to complete your run/walk (3.1 miles). You can even break the miles up into different days if you choose to.  Encourage and gather your family, friends, coworkers, hairstylists, barbers, etc.  Form a team or walk individually and create your own camaraderie and/or friendly competition.  To create a sense of community, upload pics to social media using the hashtags #JJATL #JJATL5K
