America's Milestone Birthday Bash!
Get ready to party like it's 1776 (but with way better music and snacks)! On June 27, 2026, we're throwing the ultimate star-spangled celebration at Lanier Islands in Buford, GA to mark America's monumental 250th birthday!
Dust off your red, white, and blue wardrobe and join us for a run of patriotic pride, and pure American spirit. Whether you're rocking a stars and stripes tank top, a bald eagle costume, or a revolutionary war outfit, we want to see your most creative patriotic gear!
This isn't just an event—it's a nationwide birthday party, and you're invited to help us honor 250 years of freedom, innovation, and incredible American history. Let's make some noise, wave those flags, and celebrate the amazing journey of the United States!
5K race entry includes (for in-person participants):
- FREE parking ($20 value per car) *Your race bib is your ticket in*
- One FREE beer after you finish at Game Changer Fun Center (or non-alcohlic drink offering for those under 21) 🍺
- Super Soft shirt included OR Upgrade to a Tank
- Custom finisher medals for the first 400 registered participants

Race Swag
Packet/bib pick-up from Thursday, June 25th through Friday, June 26th, at Big Peach Running Co. - Braselton (formerly Runners Fit) located at 7419 Spout Springs Rd. #103, Flowery Branch, GA 30542. Their store hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday.
Once you have your packet and bib, there will be no need to check in on Saturday. Just arrive early and be ready to have fun! The remaining packets will be available at the race location on Saturday, starting at 7:00 am.
Any race packets for in-person runners who do not pick them up during packet pickup or on race day will be donated.
There is a 1776% chance of FREE beer after your race. Each 5K participant will have a tear off on their bib for one (1) free beer at Uncle Sam's Pop Up Bar inside Game Changer after the race (eligible for non-alcoholic drink for those under 21).*
*Redeemable on June 27th after the race.
Course Map & Parking
Lanier Islands has a daily $20 parking gate fee. For this event, we are taking care of this for you in your entry! Your race bib will be your ticket in the gate! Once you are entered into the park, proceed to FINS UP WATER PARK parking lot. This will be just past the Water Park lot on your left. DIRECTIONS
