Winter Warriors Training Program

Get ahead of those cold dreary winter days and prove your resiliency by getting tougher, stronger, and faster through the holidays! This 10 week training program doesn’t stop because it is cold! We will learn to conquer the elements, mind over matter, with this group training program! Come warm up your health, your heart, and your mind with the help of other fellow runners/walkers near you! You will also be introduced to cold weather training tips and gear that will help you succeed in your health goals! Join us as we beat the cold together!

Learn more about the training program at either one of the informational meetings on Monday, September 16th, or Thursday, September 19th, 2024. Both meetings are at 6:30 p.m. at Fleet Feet Canton.
