Business in the Front Party in the Back 2014

Who:  You and your best friend.  All Dudes & Dudettes.  This is a two person team!

What:Partner fitness competition & fun with a 1980s theme.  Totally rad, bodacious, gnarly, have-a-cow, Business-in-the-Front-Party-in-the-Back 2014 at CrossFit Bema.

Why:  Prove that your team is the fittest of the decade by participating in three different events designed to test your balance of strength and endurance…all while dressed like a true child of the ‘80s.

Even if your team doesn’t win the championship, go for the gold in the costume contest as you rep the greatest of eras!

Details: Two-person teams.  Teams may be co-ed or same gender. 

Each competitor will get a gnarly tshirt & have the most fun to be had in 24 years!

There will be two divisions…”Social” and “Animal.”  Social is recommended for athletes new to CrossFit or just looking to have fun and participate in competition.  Animals are experienced CrossFitters competent in more advanced movements.

Movement requirements for Social Division:  burpee, deadlift, box step up, situp. 

Movement requirements for Animal Division: pullup, clean, box jump, knees to elbows. 

These movements are NOT comprehensive and there will be other movements.  However, if you can perform the listed movements, you should be fine to sign up for the respective division.  Complete movement details for both divisions will be posted on Wednesday October 8.  Follow our Youtube channel for movement standards and updates!
