REGISTRATION FEES: Early Registratrion (before 4/2/12), $ 25 for adults and $ 20 for youth (18 years old and under); Late Registration (on or after 4/2/12), $ 30 for adults and $ 25 for youth; Race Day Registration (on 4/14/12), $ 40 for adults and $ 30 for youth. On-line registration ends on April 12, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.

All entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Pre-registrants must pick up their race numbers, race t-shirts, and race packets at the Pre-Race Expo which will take place on April 13th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Welcome All Park, 4255 Will Lee Road, College Park, GA 30349.

Race organizers encourage all participants to register by April 13th and pick-up race numbers and packets at the pre-race expo.

WALK-UP REGISTRATION & PACKET PICK-UP: Walk-up registration and packet pick-up will be available on April 13th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Pre-race Expo. RACE DAY PACKET PICK-UP WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLY FOR OUT OF TOWN PRE-REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Kick off the spring race season with a championship road race! The 33rd Annual Sickle Cell Road Race is Georgia's 7K championship, certified by RRCA. Run the 4.3 mile exciting route through South Fulton County's scenic neighborhoods. If you do not run, then walk the 4K (2.5 miles) course.

This championship race spans three decades and supports the mission of the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia. All race proceeds fund the foundation's educational programs and services to children afflicted with Sickle Cell Disease through out Georgia.

The flat and hilly USATF certified course provides an excellent opportunity to compete or enjoy a leisurely walk. Plus, enjoy a fun filled and family friendly post race party with great food and music.

Winners for Overall Male/Female, Masters Male/Female, and Grand Masters Male/Female will receive RRCA awards. First, second, and third place run winners Male/Female from each of the eleven age categories and first and second place walk winners Male/Female from each of the thirteen age categories will receive awards.

Plan to arrive at least 1 hour before the start of the race on April 14th. Carpool if possible because parking is limited.
