It’s August! Summer is coming to a close, and time for a new challenge!
August: “Suns Out, Guns Out” Arm Challenge
Time for a new fitness challenge! This month we’ve decided to focus on Arms.
The 30 day arm challenge has 3 different exercises (Push ups, Tricep dips, Planks) which you have to do each day, and the time spent doing the exercise slowly increases day by day to help you build up your core body muscle strength gradually, ensuring you are able to complete the final day of the challenge easily.
The 30 day arm challenge will also help work your upper body and improve your strength. By completing this arm challenge you will notice a significant difference!
Example: Day 1: 5 push ups/5 tricep dips, 15 second plank, complete 2 sets. Follow this pattern. There are 7 rest days built into the challenge. Link is included and is also on columbusroadrunners.com website under training programs - challenge yourself
This challenge ends on August 30th!
Send Carolee an email @ caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week stating you completed a minimum of 6 days, (that's 5 emails you need to send - one per week). This is on the honor system.
