Description

"MyTeam Triumph - Wings of Columbus, Ga" is pleased to announce that we are partnering with the great people at the Soldier Marathon to provide our Captains, Angels, and Volunteers the opportunity to experience this incredible 5K race on November 12th, 2016.

All Captains and Angels must register to be a part of MyTeam Triumph at this race through "RunSignUp."

Angels (not Captains) must register to be a participant in the Soldier 5K race through the official race website

There will be a pre-race dinner before each race.  You will receive details via email providing more information about this dinner designed to facilitate comradery between Captains, Angels, and Volunteers.  We strongly encourage your attendence to this important event.

On race morning, we ask that all MyTeam Triumph Captains, Angels, and Volunteers arrive promptly at 6:45 AM. Meet at the MyTeam Triumph set-up area near the starting line. All Captains and Angels of MyTeam Triumph at the Soldier 5K Race will que up at 7:30AM behind the runners in the Soldier Marathon and Soldier Half Marathon at the start line on Heritage Walk at the National Infantry Museum. We ask that all strollers que up at the back of the runners in the Soldier 5k Race to allow the runners to clear the start line without any interference with strollers.  

During the race, we ask that all Angels stay with their Captain, and we ask that each team of Angels will allow their Captain to cross the finish line before them.  This is not a time to achieve your personal best on a run.  This is a time to keep the Captain's safe and ensure that their experience is first-class.  

After the race, we will have a Recognition Ceremony for our Captains and Angels.  Please meet at the MyTeam Triumph set-up area once you have completed the race.
