Set on the infamous Frogtown course property, this well marked, professionally designed 5k course takes you through fields, woods, hills, and at least seven creek crossings. Your feet will get wet! The current course record is 16:32.

No t-shirts. Age group awards for under 20, 20-39, 40-59, and over 60
