Join our Mind of Matter Movement Challenge! Run, walk, bike, hike, yoga, play tennis, work out at the gym, or any activity you choose to achieve YOUR goal! Begin January 1st, and track your ACTIVITY MINUTES through March 4th. This is not a distance challenge but instead, a challenge to help you accumulate minutes participating in a combination of physical activities. You can do the challenge solo, with a partner, or with a team of up to 4 participants. It's up to you how you divide up the minutes. You can get your activity minutes in anywhere, anytime! See below for more info on that.
Partners and teams of 3 or 4 can divide the minutes up however they'd like. You will set your personal goal in your profile.
For Team Registration, each person will register individually. The first person to register will create the team and can share the link with others. Or they can create the team and you can add yourself using the info below.
You can edit your team by following these instructions:
1. Sign In to RunSignUp
2. Go to your Profile
3. Click Manage Registration
4. Click Team from the menu option
5. Share, update details, and manage your Group/Team from here
All participants will receive one super soft t-shirt and a medal. We will have an in-store "packet pick up" or we will mail your items (the dates for the packet pickup or shipping will be towards the end of the challenge and will be confirmed at a later date).

Q: Does it matter where I live or do my activities?
A: No, anyone, anytime, anywhere can do this event!
Q: How do I record my activity minutes?
A: You will record your minutes on your own activity log link. It is on the honor system. You can do it daily, or you can do it once a week, whatever works for you!
Q: Do my minutes count from before March 15th?
A: No, only activity minutes you accumulate from March 15th through May 15th count towards the challenge.
Q: Can I do activities multiple times a day?
A: Yes, doing multiple or different activities several times a day counts too! Just track your minutes and enter them in your activity log!
Q: Is there a specific APP we need to use to track our time?
A: No, you can track your activity with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like
