Description
Come join the fun, zap those extra calories you consumed during the Thanksgiving holiday, AND support a great cause! The 2nd Annual Mill Creek Soccer - Run for Tajay will be held on Sunday, November 29th, 2015. The 1 Mile Fun Run will begin at 2:00 PM and the 5K race will begin at 2:15 PM. All proceeds from this event will be used to support the soccer program at Mill Creek High School and also to provide select graduating seniors with college scholarships through the Tajay Hoppines Memorial Scholarship Fund. Overall male and female winners will receive an award for the 1 mile fun run. Medals for the 5k race will be given to the top male and female runners in the following age group categories: Under 10, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49 and Over 50. Additionally, trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers for the 5K race. In order to guarantee a race shirt, you must register by 11/18. Don't miss out on this event for the entire family!
