Join Us for a 5K Run/Walk to Support the Jennings Family

Location:  Veterans Memorial Park, Dawsonville, GA  

Date: June 7th, 2025  

Event:  5K Run/Walk Fundraiser  

We are coming together as a community to support Timothy and Amanda Jennings, a young Dawsonville family facing one of life’s toughest battles. Timothy, just 36 years old, was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. This heartbreaking news has rocked their world.

Timothy is the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back—hardworking, humble, and always willing to help a neighbor in need. He’s also the primary provider for his family. His wife, Amanda (35), is a stay-at-home mom to their 4-year-old son, Gauge. She also works part-time at night at Magnolia Assisted Living to help make ends meet.

Now, with Timothy out of work and without health insurance, the medical bills are piling up quickly. On top of that, the family is facing growing financial strain with everyday monthly expenses. Amanda is doing all she can, but it’s an uphill battle—and they need our help.

All proceeds from this event will go directly to the Jennings family to help cover medical expenses and living costs.  

If you’ve ever been in a tough spot, or known someone who has, you know how much even a small act of kindness can mean. Let’s rally around this family with love, support, and strength.
