ADMH Run for Health 5K/1K

**** PEACHTREE ROAD RACE QUALIFIER ****

The inaugural ADMH Run for Health is a 5K/1K Run/Walk supporting comprehensive health and related services for teens and adults with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. What happens to individuals with disabilities once they age out of the pediatric healthcare and service system that they have counted on for so long? Once they turn 21 their disabilities do not disappear. What happens to these same adults as they become more mature and show signs of aging health issues? Your support helps the Adult Disability Medical Home provide caring, compassionate and comprehensive care. Our teens, men and women with developmental disabilities thank you for making them a priority.

Scenic route entirely in Brook Run Park

INDIVIDUAL OR TEAM REGISTRATION:

$25 until Sept 16;
$30 on-site race day;
